According to the official website of COSCO Shipping Bulk, Huang Nan, former General Manager of COSCO Shipping Specialized, has been formally appointed as Director, General Manager, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of COSCO Shipping Bulk.

On March 21, COSCO Shipping Specialized announced that the Board of Directors of COSCO Shipping Specialized Carriers Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recently received a written resignation letter from Huang Nan, Director and General Manager of the Company. Due to job transfer, Huang Nan tendered his resignation as Director of the Company, Member of the Strategic Decision Committee, and General Manager.

Huang Nan, born in 1967, holds a university degree. He assumed the role of General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of COSCO Shipping Specialized Carriers Co., Ltd. in March 2023. His previous roles include: Deputy Director of the General Dispatching Office of Guangzhou Maritime Shipping; Deputy Director of the General Dispatching Office of the Shipping Department of COSCO Shipping Bulk (formerly China Shipping Bulk), Deputy Director of the Operations Division (later Acting Director), and Director of the Commercial Division; General Manager of Shenhua COSCO Shipping Co., Ltd.; Deputy General Manager and Member of the Party Committee of COSCO Shipping Bulk (formerly China Shipping Bulk); Deputy General Manager and Member of the Party Committee of COSCO Shipping Bulk; and Director, General Manager, and Secretary of the Party Committee of COSCO Shipping (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. (during which he was seconded as Assistant Director of the Water Transport Bureau of the Ministry of Transport from March 2013 to February 2014). He has served as Director of the Eighth Board of Directors of COSCO Shipping Specialized Carriers Co., Ltd. since April 2023.
